Privacy Policy
I. General information
The application collects and processes information about users and their use of the application in the manner described below.
II. Information voluntarily entered in the forms
1. Users may voluntarily provide information through various forms available in the application. The information entered in these forms is used to provide the functionality of the application, for accounting purposes and to facilitate communication with the companies, suppliers or recipients, where applicable.
2. All fields in these forms are optional. The user may inspect, modify or delete the information entered in these forms at any time. Deleting or modifying this information may result in some information being unavailable for contact or other purposes.
3. The "Request a demo" form allows users to voluntarily provide personal data, such as first name, last name, company name and business email address. This information is used only for the purpose of responding to the user's request and contacting the user regarding the requested demonstration of the application. It is not used for advertising purposes.
4. The information submitted through the "Request a demo" form is provided voluntarily. The user may request access to, correction or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable law.
III. Information about cookies
1. The application uses only essential cookies.
2. Cookies are computer data, usually text files, which are stored on the user's device and used to remember stateful information or to record the user's activity. These files typically contain the name of the website from which they originate, how long they have been stored on the end device and a unique identifier.

IV. Server logs
1. Information about certain actions performed by users is recorded in server logs. This information is used for administration purposes, security purposes and to ensure the proper operation and quality of the Service.
2. The following information may be recorded:
- connection details, including the date and time of the connection and IP address,
- information about selected important product data operations, including import, migration, restoration and deletion,
- information about errors occurring during the processing of HTTP requests.
3. Server logs are used for technical and administrative purposes and are not used for advertising or profiling purposes.
V. Operator

2. Information collected through server logs and technical mechanisms may be associated with application users where this is necessary for security, administration or troubleshooting purposes.
3. Personal data is not made available to third parties except where this is necessary to operate the application, provide the requested service, comply with legal obligations or protect the rights and security of the operator and the application.
4. Access credentials, including usernames, are used to provide access to the application and may be associated with other information relating to the user's account where necessary for the operation and security of the application.
5. We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy in response to changes in applicable law, Internet technologies or the development of the application. The current version of the Privacy Policy is available in the application. Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
6. Continued use of the application after changes to this Privacy Policy have been published constitutes acceptance of the amended Privacy Policy, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
